Our Story is the story of our producers & its produce. The Spanish land is tremendously diverse, with its 52 regions each with a distinctive landscape, history, cultural identity and most importantly for us, its gastronomic tradition! The Camino de Santiago’s different routes cover most of these regions. Our mission is to select the very best gourmet products from these areas so you can easily make them companions on your table setting for lunch, dinners and even quick snacks.

Founded by a Galician-Australian (husband & wife) team, we want to bring a piece of Spain with us on our move to Australia. Each Knowing what is the best from both worlds. We’ll hand-pick the best of the Spanish gourmet produce to the Australian households, restaurants and distributors.

Australians have to hand a selection of the best produce and culinary traditions of Italy, Greece, France and even India in supermarkets or delis around the country. But on all our family visits to Western Australia we noticed there was very limited range of Spanish produce and with nothing of the high-quality standard that most gastronomically educated (foodie) Spaniards consume on a daily basis.

We want to transport you and your tastebuds to the vine covered terrace of a Spanish village bar, enjoying a refreshing wine and the delicious tapas that came with. We want to share with you the journey.

We are currently selecting some gourmet produce so if you are reading this & you are a seafood, olive oil and even sauce producer, please get in contact with us. We’ll love to taste them!

Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.

We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
